Intelligent Multi-parameter Ocean Observation Buoy

Small intelligent multi-parameter ocean observation buoy independently developed by Frankstar Technology Group Pte Ltd. This series of buoys can be flexibly deployed in all sorts of marine environments for continuous, real-time in-site observation and easy access to a wide range of physical ocean data. Has a built-in advanced wave sensor with excellent wave observation capability. Meanwhile, it can be flexibly expanded with a variety of sensors such as temperature, salinity, barometric pressure, noise, temperature chain, temperature and salt chain, to meet the specific needs of different users.

The buoy can adopt, Iridium, 4G, HF and other communication modes to transmit the data back to the marine equipment intelligent networking system (or user terminal) in real time, so that the user can easily access, query and download the data, and at the same time to meet the requirements of data privacy. The buoy has a built-in large capacity energy storage unit, supplemented by a photovoltaic charging module, which makes the buoy's endurance more durable and can achieve continuous operation in position form several months to two years.

Wave Observation Capability

Is equipped with a newly upgraded high-performance wave sensor, which is based on the principle of nine-axis acceleration and supported by patented algorithms, and can effctively obtain information on wave height, wave direction and wave period. The professional version of the wave sensor can support the transmission of 1/3 wave height, 1/3 wave period, mean wave height, mean wave period, max wave height, max wave period, wave direction and wave spectrum.

Highly integrated and compact

This series of buoys are designed with professional industrial structure, and the positioning module, communication module, energy storage unit, collection unit and various sensors are tightly laid out in the compact body of the buoys, which makes the system work more stable. The appearance of buoys is small and compact, which is very convenient to be deployed.

Synchronised observation of multiple parameters

Not only capable of wave observation but also highly compatible and expandable. It can carry a variety of sensors such as temperature, salinity, air pressure noise, ultrasonic ranging, thus realising ‘one deployment, multi-parameter observation’.

Multi communication & Real-time data transmission

Data Transmission can be realised through satellite short message (Iridium), high frequency radio, cellular mobile networks and other ways to ensure that the data can be sent to the user’s terminal in real time and continuously.
